They have to cater to a much larger audience now. As cool as an accurate WW2 game would be, I don't think the general population would buy into. Which is unfortunate. Well I don't think there is much room for discussion on this then. They are marketing this game just like they did for Battlefield 1 and games before it. I can't stop people from building up expectations that may or may not happen. My expectations are that this is a Battlefield WW2 game, not just a WW2 game. To be honest I think you answered your own question by mentioning military simulators. So it seems you know there is a difference between Battlefield/COD games and games like Arma/Squad.
