They play having a job. It's not about them working and having money- they still think of it like little kids with the toy shopping cart following their mother at the supermarket. "Look at me, a real woman having a JOB!!! I'm a BOSS LADY!" They do very little work. It's all pretend.
For women, the job they do in an office comes secondary to the plotting, passive aggressiveness, gossip and power plays they do to other women in the office. Most men have no idea. They were either dried up old bats long divorced and alone or idiot girls in their twenties that screamed and giggled like children or yelling very inappropriate things around the room because it was mostly women and no one was going to report them. It taught me that very, very few women are capable of acting professionally in a corporate environment.
