1	Woman who raped a 13 year old and had his child will be going to jail Yeah, it’s certainly borderline. I have conflicting problems with it myself. On one hand I think 13 is rather too young, but the gap between 13/17 is not enough for me to want this young girl to go to jail over or receive any serious punishment beyond like community service or something.
