1	OYS - Where Progress is Made (01/30/19) This is an interesting viewpoint to me, I hadn't heard that bit before. My belief is that if someone rejects the gospel and refuses to listen, that we should not waste our time with such people, as illustrated in Matthew 7:6, Luke 9:5, and Luke 10:10-11. Here goes: OYS #1 (1/31/2019) Background / Stats: 23 years old \| 5’9” \| ~150 lbs., unknown BF \| Single, living in the PNW. Physical Physical / Lifting: 4. Hitting the gym regularly twice a week. I spend an hour on the treadmill/elliptical, followed by 30 minutes of dumbbells (25 lb bench, 15 lb overhead), 50 lb leg press, and some crunches. 1	Lifting Is Not A Suggestion Thanks for following up! I'm hitting the gym regularly twice a week for an hour and a half. I spend an hour in the elliptical with increasing resistance, followed by doing leg presses, which has been great. The other half an hour is mostly upper body. Lifting has been slower, however. I'm still doing barbells (15lb overhead press, 20lb bench press) and haven't payed for any more time with the PT. 2	Open thread idea Got into Karate for the first time over the summer and loved it. I'm looking to get into MMA in a few months. I've enjoyed it much more than just plain workouts. When I say men need to work on their own issues, that includes in confronting those lies that they've been fed. Confronting those lies leads to realizing the truth about what a man truly is, as well as the problems that women have that resulted in those lies, which ultimately leads to MGTOW.
