I have medicaid, but you need to understand i live in the middle of nowhere, a dentist trip is 140 miles round trip, local services are almost non existent. I have to go elsewhere, which i can't do without clothing, and car repairs. My point is, it's not mental health i need, i don't need someone to talk to, I need concrete assistance. Disability. Food stamps. Money, cash. Desperately.
