Also I'd suggest going to the gym, go outside and interact with people. I struggle too and I'm 34 it's been getting better. But don't starve your brain from dopamine find it in other ways. They did say sexual assault in the article and she has to register as a sex offender for the next thirty years. (I'm chalking it up to she isn't that good looking) Granted this is a milder sentence than what a man would get but a step in the right direction. But her attorney tired to play the students pursued her card. And Ann Pike did the same thing at the same school but didn't get any jail time. 100 hours of community service and something else I can't remember.
