Yea it is teaching boys to hate themselves. I'm a man of color and through out my WHOLE life I have NEVER liked or defended any notion of abusing white people or teaching them to hate themselves. There would an uproar if men of color started treating white women the same way women (especially feminists) treat men.

I'm so sorry OP for all of the painful experiences you've had to endure. It's disgusting how feminists want so bad to completely control the narrative for men when it comes to issues they face. They also usually use a passive aggressive tone and a ton of victim blaming language while they talk about how important it is for men to heal. You also make a great point about how male mental health is only talked about after a horrific event like a mass shooting. Of course even then they still demonstr…

I'd rather not lie and say I'm not interested in sex. It's tough because I don't want to say I don't succeed in getting laid because I know how socially unacceptable that is. Either way I appreciate your support

I did read it. I hope you don't think I was being snarky with you. That's just my venom at a society that routinely encourages body shaming men. My bad if I was unclear. ;p

I'm in an extremely dark place atm and it feels like 80% of the internet is closed off to me because of how socially acceptable it is to use the word incel and to shame men that don't get laid. Anyways I just wanna say I appreciate that other people are speaking out against this garbage. :)

Wow you mean body shaming increases risk of depression? What a huge f*king surprise. This is one of the biggest reasons I dropped the feminist label. The incredibly high amounts of body shaming under the guise of 'punching up' or 'ironic misandry'. Body shaming is emotional abuse. It's evil and it really disgusts me how socially acceptable it is in 'progressive' circles when it's directed towards men. Also men get penalized heavily for calling out this evil garbage. Don't get me started on the w…

Yea I agree Mhelena. I'm also already noticing an increase in misandrist language from progressives when talking about Trump and the right in general. I am not a conservative or Trump supporter, but any increase in misandrist language is bad no matter who it's directed or why it's directed at that person.

I wish I could upvote you a thousand times. You are especially right about how the left creates a self fulfilling prophecy. I have lost all trust in progressives and feel truly isolated. I don't want to hear any justifications for sexism against women and progressives are very much NOT open to taking misandry and sexism against men seriously. All of that results in my feeling truly alone with very little hope for the future. It's so disgusting. Sexist indoctrination is extremely destructive. Wil…

That post by Tarcolt is really good. It's nice to hear other people express those thoughts. MensLib is a very frustrating subreddit. I see a lot of posts get derailed by people complaining about MRAs or problematic men when no one those threads even made a problematic statement. It's like so many posters there are afraid of genuinely acknowledging men's issues and feel like they constantly have to attack 'MRAs' even when none are present. Also you can't really criticize feminism and that is a hu…

You just did the same thing! Lol There are no REAL men, REAL women, or REAL fluffy kittens. There are just people with things they like and dislike. God I'm so sick of gender roles. What vile poison

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
