I'd keep vegetables Realistically I'd cut out of fruit and fruit juices because they are a meme, too much sugar most fruit drinks are basically a syrup. Just replace with veggies. Organic veggies is the other meme. Frozen and GM have the same nutrients and now you're not paying idiot tax on them. [more likely Organic is worse for you and the environment even, as GM can reduce the need for harmful pesticides]

an extra thing these things don't take into account is marriage, most of the guys at the top [like Amazon's Bezos] are married and the wife owns 50% of the guys assets/money/income; so it should cancel itself out. They walk away with huge sums but it doesn't get counted/represented anywhere
