5	As a 21 yr old mgtow the best advice I can give is eat the healthiest you can possibly eat Im 38, i didnt care for myself in my 20s like i see these lads say they are doing, i was very active but not healthy . Fast foods, bad sleeping habits, bit of this bit of that, its what my generation where i live just did.
