The way people talk about polyamory is like they’re in a cult.

Your experience just proves that people who agree to poly relationships like this are vulnerable and in a daze. These people take advantage of their partners because they know the partner will agree and do anything for them. They abuse them because they know the person will stick around. I’m sorry you went through that, but mostly I’m so glad you got out.

Pretty sure the Catholic Church is one the most sexually repressive and abusive religious organizations out there. Catholic ≠ saint

There’s no benefit to excusing a celebrity for LVM behaviour.

There is no commitment when you’re just dating. Dating is not for commitment, obviously as he clearly jumped ship the moment he met someone he thought was better. He knew he didn’t want to be with her forever, otherwise he would’ve proposed. But no, he waited for her to make the move before conveniently coming to the sudden realization. I just don’t buy it. He didn’t meet his wife because of her. He met his wife and she actually has very little to do with it. His gf didn’t send him home and tell…

I don’t think she pressured him. She told him that it was either time to get married or to leave her alone. Why would you assume that was the case and call her a LVW for that? I don’t understand how you got that takeaway. We don’t even know who she is nor do we know her side of the story. If she never stated her boundaries, he would’ve strung her along for longer because it was obviously convenient for him. He was getting SOMETHING out of the relationship with no intention to commit. He also did…

Women are always honoured and respected in theory. It just doesn’t always play out right.

A lot of things that are on FDS make me feel so sad that I hadn’t found FDS when I was a teenager. I do take comfort in the fact that it is not entirely our faults that we didn’t know and we allowed ourself to be disrespected. That’s what the majority of society TOLD us was right and we believed them. Don’t worry, we’re all learning.

I don’t blame the other women for cheating men, especially if they don’t know he’s in a relationship or married. However, only a trashy pickmeisha could ever date a man knowing he has a wife at home that he’s cheating on.

Imagine waking up on YOUR wedding day but instead of feeling nervous/happy/excited to start your life with the person you love, you text his ex wife. Wedding day = barley having enough time to breathe because you’re too busy getting ready and making sure the event runs smoothly. Yet, she still found the time to text you. Seriously, what an insecure nut case. If she was truly happy, she would’ve been having mimosas with her bridesmaids and too busy to worry about you. She’s miserable and knows th…

Read an article from them that suggested to show your husband your breasts when he gets bored of you and stops loving you. Showing your breasts will solve the problem. That was their advice.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
