Correct me if I'm wrong here but from what I read in other threads it seems that the racist incidents on campus that lead to all this craziness, were one drunk kid being overheard using the n-word, and a swastika drawn with poop in a dorm bathroom. Someone please tell me this lunacy is about more than that! One single word uttered by one moron and a shitstika!

I'm judging you now based on what is said over there.

Yeah, this rant of his about divorce law is pretty good too.

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure they're still going to try to make a sex-criminal of this poor kid.

I know what PUA means, but what is an "ROK website"?

I've up voted all your comments so far, because I agree with most of what you say, but what I think you haven't understood is that a bad personal experience is not the only thing that leads men to avoid marriage or long term relationships. The way things are set up now in most first world countries, benefits women in a divorce. It doesn't necessarily require a crazy or malicious wife for you to be taken for all your worth. When it's financially beneficial for women to leave their husbands, of co…

You have derailed. We all get that you don't like guns, but I'm sorry to tell you that you don't get to decide which rights people can keep or not, and you aren't going to dictate who talks about these things and when or where. You go off with all this outrage about "gun zealots" and "propaganda" after one comment about gun rights on campus, but what you don't seem to realize is that you are the pushey one in this situation and you are coming off as the crazy zealot. You won't have an easy time …

facial hair, upper body strength, social construct The fuck are you talking about? None of this has anything to do with what's being discussed. What men and boys face is a lack of empathy. Exactly, and they are shamed for showing it as well. Protect from malicious strangers The issue at hand is that men and boys are forced to guard their true thoughts feelings and vulnerabilities from even friends and loved ones. The social pressure to project strength at all times and continuously prove your ma…

I caught that too, but in part it's true. I would say it's not at all that our culture doesn't value these these things, but it's very true that our culture has "feminized" some things and punishes boys harshly for engaging in them. The same culture punishes girls for some "masculinized" things as well, but a long hard fight has began to open many of these things up for girls and women. It's high time someone fights to do the same for men.

Obama has increased the debt by 6.7 trillion so far, but Busch was close behind with 4.9. Given that the two together have accounted for 67% of the total, I feel I'm pretty justified in lumping them together as a couple of careless assholes. You're right that Busch never pandered to feminists, but he had no problem shitting on the poor and the working class (which is made up of lots and lots of men), so it's hard for me to see him in a much better light.

I don't really think Obama is an idiot. I think he is a lying, pandering, power-hungry, dirt-bag. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think GW was as stupid as he was made out to be either, and I would use all those same words to describe him. They're 2 very different guys with different friends and different agendas, but they share many qualities.

Not even close. Free cocaine vs. 13 year old? So you're saying if a 13 year old offers you sex, you might just give in to temptation? Sex with a minor isn't the type of thing you really get trapped into. You either have the capacity to be a fucking pedophile or you don't.... EVER!

I was completely on board until the last half of the last sentence. You seriously think online chats with police are worse than actual sex with a child in the real world?

I would argue that the mistreatment of boys in school is the biggest problem facing the American male today. As education has become more and more necessary to earn a descent living, our education system has become more and more feminized and turns boys off of school for the rest of their lives. I remember my 3rd grade teacher singling out all the boys, and telling us how naughty and misbehaved we all were, because we liked to mill around and play during our snack break. She seriously told us we…

I wish people wouldn't downvote this. So far you are the only feminist to comment and you haven't vilified us or tried to deny the existence men's issues offhand, which seems to be a lot to ask of any feminist on here. Thanks for joining the conversation, even though this post seems dumb and pointless to me and OP is probably just trolling.

Our society is becoming more accepting of homosexuality but I have noticed that steriotyping almost seems to be getting worse. Every fucking time I hear someone describing someone as "not your typical gay guy, not flaming or femmy or in your face" it pisses me off. What do you mean typical? Of the gay men I have known, not one is any of these things.

This is exactally right. This is one of the biggest things I learned in my mid 20s. I get shit from friends for turning down girls who are far more attractive than me and not dating girls who I know damn well are bad for me, all the time. I will go on dry streaks for months and months this way sometimes and it has been nothing but positive in my life. To hell with what society says your sexual appetite should dictate, just don't do things that you know damn well are a bad idea.

The label of "violence" is stupid and just untruthful... however, this man is attempting to prey on children and I have no problem with him sitting in jail.

You're right, making fun of you was un-called-for. That Texas attitude is just so fucking annoying. When I went there I wanted to kill myself after the second day. I had to try to pretend I was from there to keep texans from having to explain why Texas is so fucking awesome over and over. Texans in other parts of the country are even worse. They often think just being from there makes them tough, or cool I guess. Anyway, I don't want everyone to carry guns into crowded situations. I just think p…

Im from Wisconsin. In Wisconsin we Wisconsinites Wisconsin our Wisconsin with Wisconsin and Wisconsin. Bro, do you even Wisconsin? No shit gunfights are bad, but they are better than a gunman freely exicuting whomever he chooses.

Why does everyone from Texas always think that them being from Texas is rellivent to every conversation? I guess I can see now where the "muh guns" quote comes from. Its probably pretty close to how you actually talk.

If a police officer was in a crowded place where a gunman was shooting unarmed innocent people, they would fire on them. Period. There is a theater example with an off-duty police woman that the media mysteriously didn't cover at all, that shows this exactally, and I belive it happened in Texas.

Worse than a single gunman exicuting as many people as he pleases? Guns protect you too in case you didn't know. When my brother was deployed in Afganistan he said he found that shooting terrorists with guns was much more effective than asking them to stop killing inocent people with guns. The cops aren't going to gun controll a mass shooter to death when they get there. They are going to SHOOT him.

So your argument is that only trained police should have the right to defend themselves or others? To assume that a gunowner has not had training is also pretty short sighted. If politicians want to take away our right to use guns to defend ourselves, they should have to give up the armed guards who defend them and their families.

Everyone? I don't think you understand our gun laws or our country enough to accurately comment on them. In the US we have huge sporting industries that use guns constructively. We also have vast expanses in our landscape that constantly keeps law enforcement a half-hour or longer travel from many people's home. Along with fearmongering media and real violent criminal acivites, these factors lead many here to choose to be able to defend themselves. I blame our poor mental health standards for th…

I deffinitly think women need to know about this kind of thing. Even if feminists want to let men worry about their own problems, lots of little girls are being hurt by not having relationships with their fathers.

I say good for that little girl too but when she is high school age she will not be dominating in any men's sports. I'm all for men's and women's rights but the term equality bugs the shit out of me. Men and women are different in may ways and we are most certainly not equal in athletic ability. Women's leagues are not "feel good leagues", they are simply made to be a fair place for women to compete. If a man playing football is doping and has higher testosterone than everyone else he gets kicke…

Getting drunk and banging random "porkers" is not the same as being taken advantage of by someone you know and said NO to. By that logic it would be perfectly ok to do whatever you want to any girl you find that is drunk off her ass. That is certainly not the case and you know it.
