What do you guys think about that female lead company that shamed an applicant because of her bikini photo on vacation and making memes of her? I think it's hilariously ironic in this current climate tbhThis just gets better and better. When your progressive female led company decides to shame other females for their vacation photos that somehow trigger you enough to post about it on your social media, causing everyone who reads it to instantly dislike your company. | /r/MGTOW2 | 04/10/19 01:32 AM

I think it's hilariously ironic in this current climate tbhThe best part is the title of their latest video. "What's the Best Process for Finding and Hiring the Ideal Team Member?" Maybe deciding to not shame them on social media is a good idea... | /r/MGTOW2 | 04/10/19 01:28 AM |
What do you guys think about that female lead company that shamed an applicant because of her bikini photo on vacation and making memes of her? I think it's hilariously ironic in this current climate tbhIt was rather rude and disrespectful of the company to do that. They decided that because they didn't like one of the applicant's vacation photos, they would shame them publicly on social media, instead of taking the opportunity to use this as a teaching experience for the applicant. The hilarious part about this is how badly it backfired on the company, they even deleted their social media accounts as a result, one business in Austin even stated that they'll never work with them. Geez, companie… | /r/MGTOW2 | 04/10/19 01:14 AM
How to focus on logical / unemotional thinkingThe answer is to keep your emotions in balance. You can practice this by focusing on keeping a clear head when you are dealing with problems and situations in your social life and work. Those are the two things that probably elicit the most emotion of all. Focus on the potential solutions and act them out, not on the issues themselves. Over time you will become less emotional in your thinking and more into logic and your goals. That being said, you are human like all of us here, and it is imposs… | /r/MGTOW2 | 02/10/19 10:01 PM
Just something I realized as of late...why are there so many places with female managers ?Well thank you, it is just a bit of observation and psychology between the sexes. It isn't that men or women can't do a certain job, but rather that men and women are on the average suited towards different jobs and fields. Of course, in the end it all comes down to the individual. | /r/MGTOW2 | 02/10/19 10:27 AM
Just something I realized as of late...why are there so many places with female managers ?It is primarily due to men being naturally higher in assertiveness and aggressiveness, meaning they work better as leaders and dealing with disciplinary issues. Of course this also means you can get men who are overtly aggressive as managers and turn into bullies, it is a double edged sword. Basically the best managers are people who can be aggressive and assertive, without letting those same traits turn them into unsavory people. | /r/MGTOW2 | 02/10/19 06:09 AM
Steroids, women, and self valueGood post, not to mention as well the potential bad effects of doing Steroids. When you mess around with hormones in your body, it can cause serious problems, such as dramatically increased risk of cancer, high blood pressure, heart problems including heart attacks, and it will also shrink your balls. Just remember, while those drugged up men in the gym may look buffer and can outbench you, they most likely will or are paying for it in their long term health. It just isn't worth it. | /r/MGTOW2 | 01/10/19 05:51 AM
Why not game the system?Well, I'd put it this way. If you don't like women playing "the system" with you, it would be wise not to do the same with other women. If you think that it is unfair that some young women try to date older men to get their stuff, doing the same back only makes two wrongs. Plus, there really is no guarantee of gaining anything, as divorce courts are in most cases heavily biased toward women. | /r/MGTOW2 | 01/10/19 05:22 AM
