14	On breaking slumps. I sometimes take a "break" and just go talk to girls for the sake of talking, with no intentions at all of picking them up. You just go into the conversation that you're talking to a human with their own personal ambitions/problems and you're there to just understand them as a person. 6	Why is it so damn hard? I've been where you're at, and I know it can feel like things will never change. But you have to realize that things will only change when you force them to. I'm not talking about changing your game, that's just not going to happen in the short term. You have to change your mindset. You CANNOT be thinking about your inability to get "laid" all day, every day. These thoughts will literally manifest themselves as physical insecurities, which is obviously a turn off for anyone.
