In my rare journeys outside the steroid/private steroid sub I happen to find one of my brothers in the wild. How do you go about finding said coins and getting ready for the pumps and dumps? I need to make a little extra money.

Start strength training to build muscle while you lose fat, which will reveal a lean, vascular, muscular physique all the bitches freak over when you are done cutting. You can either cut and then enter a small bulk of 100 calorie surplus, or eat at maintenance now and slowly recomp over 6 months. Do cardio (light walk on Incline treadmill) to help conditioning, heart health, and slightly help enter a deficit. Eat plenty of protein (1g per pound of lean body mass) plenty of fats (50-80g, more if …

Low back pain stems from weak core, glutes, and hamstrings, and tight erector spinae muscles. Start doing strict, simple ab work such as reverse crunches on the floor, do some hamstring work, weighted planks, stomach vacuums in the morning (working the transverse abdominis), and learn to properly breathe and brace when lifting. I guarantee this will eliminate your low back pain. Sorry to hear, but your trainer sounds like trash.

Absolutely not, always assume there's someone else, I get that part. Just looking for outside, second opinions. Appreciate the response. Right now I've decided to just play it by ear and step back, letting her initiate everything and shes already hitting me up every night to come over when I'm asleep. Just gotta maintain my frame

Thanks, this makes a lot of sense. She says all the time "I know u got hoes" and all that so I'm highly elevated in her eyes. Pretty much I've said that I enjoy the time together and have fun and that's about it.

Strongly agree here, it's all about giving them the medicine like Patrice used to say. They're sick because men let them walk all over them and you're here to defeat her emotion with your logic

It's called fit and active, I get it at aldi. Also beans! I love making 10 oz chicken w a serving of beans and a bag of steamed veggies. Another good and filling carb source is baby spinach. I bake about 8 oz salmon and cook a can of tuna in a skillet and then add those to about 6 cups of raw baby spinach (from the bags). Extremely filling and under 500 calories, even if you put a bag of steam veggies in with it

If you have to cut fats to get some carbs, do so. Oatmeal is one of my favorite carbs. Make French toast in the morning for breakfast, I do and its delicious! I found a lower calorie bread that is only 35 calories a slice and I use 6 oz of egg whites or egg substitute (buy in cartons at the store) and it makes 5 slices. You can put any fruit on it and cinnamon, stevia, and sugar free maple syrup. It's so good I've eaten for breakfast every day for 2 months straight.

I weight less and am stronger now than in that post. I eat 4-5 meals a day, I eat more carbs now (I was in mild keto) and I take the magnesium/zinc supp. I plan on competing in classic in November, so T will suffer for a little while. Best advice I can say is play with calories and for a couple days eat 200-300 more than normal for a few days straight and see how you feel. This is what I did after I found my T was so low and I felt incredible in just a few days. Feel free to PM me!

I made a post about this recently, only I'm 20 and I had 150 ng/dl. These are low levels for your age. A month later I had a retest and my levels are at 550 now. I was already sleeping 8-10 hours a day, lifted hard, and had excellent nutrition. I didn't skyrocket my levels but they're high enough now to where I actually get hardons and dont feel tired anymore. In that month, I have eaten less red meat (LDL cholesterol was high, I believe because low T directly affects cholesterol metabolism. Thi…

I'd like to second his question of how you get started. I've heard of some people using sites like squarespace, but never knew if it is actually good. Also, any extra tips on what type of business to start for online? I know there are so many things, but I'm completely clueless, aside maybe a personal training business.

You should have built a discipline from this and should be inspired in your efforts. Look in the mirror, you see that incredible change? You did that. Be proud of yourself and now move forward and keep pursuing it. You dont have as long left of cutting. If it helps, to kinda "reset" your psychology in this situation try a 10 day diet break, in which you just eat maintenance, so dont eat shitty, but just eat to maintain 200 lbs. You should feel a little better at then end and be ready to cut agai…

Rather than going on a more extreme cut, be in only a 300-500 or even a 200 calorie deficit. I've been doing this for months now and been losing weight but strength still coming up. At 180 I could deadlift 385, now at 170 u deadlift 425. Make sure you eat plenty of protein (1 gram per pound of BW). Hope this helps

You have rounded shoulders and a slight anterior pelvic tilt. To fix your shoulders, stretch your chest and anterior (front) deltoid muscles. Work on scapular retraction exercises and getting your serratus anterior muscle to fire (basically punching moves. Lookup athleanX solution on scapular winging) and work on your rear deltoids. Dont worry about heavy ass weight for the beginning, do sets of 10-20 reps squeezing as hard as you possibly can and hold the squeeze for five seconds. As for your p…

Sometimes a workout won't go great, it happens. Nothing to worry about. You're getting enough calories, possibly a little too many, as 8 lbs in 7 weeks isn't gonna be pure muscle. Just make sure you're hydrating enough and sleep. Some days are better than others.

Straighten your diet and just eat at a calorie maintenance. You're a newbie, so you'll gain muscle size and strength while also burning fat. Just remember to try to add weight and/or reps with each new workout while also keeping form. Within 6 months you'd look more aesthetic

Gomad is a stupid way to gain weight because a gallon of milk is about 2000 calories. The average person looking to bulk up would need between 2500-3500 most, people on the 3500 scale being taller and having more mass. Doing gomad and eating two or three meals a day would put someone in such a caloric surplus that you'd gain too much excess fat. All you have to do is find maintenance and eat 300-500 above. It's even possible to build muscle at a maintenance state, but it is much, much slower. I'…

I have the same problem and what fixed it for me is a foam roller. In the quads, there is a muscle responsible for pulling the knee into flexion or extending it, the vastus lateralis, and if it gets tight, you can experience awful knee pain. It will also make your knee pop whenever you bend it so it's kind of clear giveaway. Just lay on the foam roller with your quad on it and roll out
/r/askTRP28/06/18 11:17 AM

Depending on your age and workout experience depends on what you do. To me, it sounds like you should just lift hard and apply progressive overload while eating at maintenance levels or a surplus of 100-300. If you're eating good, nutritional food, you will have more of a body recomp and build muscle and burn fat, especially at maintenance levels as a noobie.

There's a difference between being bulked and being 15% or over and just being muscular and lean. For someone my weight, I have good size and strength. If you or someone else wants to be a bit bulked up and not as lean fine. It is preference, mine being I want to look like a bad ass and be strong. Already leaner and stronger than the average Joe so in my book I win.
/r/TheRedPill01/06/18 10:58 PM

Nothing wrong with that, it's about preference and what foods taste best to you.

Yes, that's why compounds were 4x5 and isolation afterwards, chest flies for example, we 4×12. I ran push legs pull, so I focused on compounds with some isolations. The big key for cuts is to retain as much muscle and strength, specifically on your compounds.

Skinny fat doesn't require a fuck ton of calories like everyone says. You'll gain muscle but more fat. You don't have to eat 4000 or 5000 calories, only be in a surplus of 500 max, this will maximize muscle gain and you won't gain a ton of fat this way. The entirety of "eat big get big" is bullshit. You just need good proteins and carbs and multiply your body weight by 18 or 19 and get that in calories. As a noob, you'll burn fat and build muscle.
/r/TheRedPill01/06/18 10:45 PM
1

If you haven't lifted before, just eat your maintenance calories and start lifting with your compounds. Noobie gainz are a beautiful thing and you will burn fat and gain muscle at the same time

Good post. I do this usually when I cut and it works. The Hodge twins on YouTube (twinmuscle) are living proof of this and how you can eat anything as long as your calories are fine. Bro foods just make it easier because they fill you up generally and have fewer calories (skillet/baked chicken compared to a burger) and are healthier from a dietician standpoint.

Bigger bench press, in many different studies, has been directly associated with big chest. Problem with a lot of people is they focus on the regular flat bench. Ditch that. You want a big chest go do incline and sometimes decline.

I see where you're coming from. Pull-ups are great, but reason why I say dead lift is best is its full body all at once. Rack pulls are good too, i personally never considered them a compound movement. Also when you see squat and dead lift numbers go up you usually see others, especially back related movements like rows go up. Heavy load increase is also impeccable for bone density and bone strength, as you don't want osteoporosis when you're older. Never skip the pull ups, never skip the dead l…

Considering the dead lift is an entire body movement, it works the fuck out of your entire body. The lift does affect your T/hormone levels because the lift has such a drastic anabolic effect on your body. Sure, being some meat head that is grunting loud as shit with thyroids popping out isn't appealing, but your body is put in almost an instinctual mode in that situation, as the body strives to be comfortable ALL the time. The lift puts your entire body through a strain and struggle. The deadli…

I've read on this before, and if I'm not mistaken, it has high effects on T levels, which is the gateway to gains. I'm interested in trying this when I bulk later on after my cut. To eat 4000 or 5000 calories would be a challenge itself. When you do a cheat day, if you do it the right way, you end up having one big ass meal for the day cause you'd fast all day. Usually the weight gained afterwards puts you at 5 pounds or so heavier than before the cheat day, but this is mostly water and glycogen, as many diets we see here are low carb, meaning glycogen stores in muscles have been depleted. I doubt it's possible to gained pound after pound of fat in one day, the body just …

This sounds like total hell. You could increase intake of fats and do fasting, plus when you get to this low of a % you should implement HIIT. Usually the easiest way (my experience) is taking your body weight and multiplying by 10 and that puts you in a big enough deficit. Have a cheat day once a week, in which you eat literally whatever the hell you want. This spikes insulin levels like fuck and helps leptin levels and other hormone levels increase.
