0	Why aren't men more afraid? I'm guessing you question is "why aren't men more afraid than women?" For me its both because of taught mentality and reality Women are taught they have to have fear. As you mention, "there's also the expectation that when a man and woman go anywhere together". If you grow in that environment how could not it happen for women not to be more afraid? 0	The “male” role in courtship is incredibly boring and frustrating. If I could flip the gender roles and get to be the one that gets approached, gets made to feel special and desired, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Anyone would be crazy not to.
