Well, with a powered armour the benefit of superior body strength would just shrink down to a negligible level to where it would not matter if your strength was on 9.5 / 10 or 10/10. You could still haul that Vindicator minigun like an SMG. That of course depends on how effective the armour would be. In the Fallout Universe for example it would not be that much, whereas in the Warhammer Universe a power armour vastly increases the users strength. Although not for female users, since they can't "…

Why would "knowingly" be an unfounded assumption? If I know that I carry a disease and I commit acts that I know will infect the other person... how is that not knowingly? If the parents do not want to support the child in that time (after the age of 18...) the child can request support from the government, which will be granted...or the parents forced to support, if they are wealthy enough, up to a certain degree.

it is probably not something for the Verfassungsgericht, you are right. Since the mutilation was seen as assault by the District Attorney of Köln the prosecution is in the interest of the public. The sentence will probably be appealed... and take its course. I am not a lawyer so i might confuse stuff. Nontheless, i hope the practice gets banned (edit:) permanently.

§ 164 of the german stgb is about false accusations. Its up to 5 years in prison or a fine if you lie to the authorities and get them to start the proceedings against your better knowledge(i.e. - you lied). Its even 6 months to 10 years if you lie to get a deal for mitigation of your prison time. Most of the time you don't get any compensation for anything. A friend of mine was nearly killed by a car - strafed him on a pedestrian crossing... and he got 450€ for emotional distress.

Abortion is illegal in germany, too, but there are exceptions. You have to prove that you went to counceling and the pregnancy can be aborted in the first 12 weeks. If the woman wants to. If there is a medical condition which endangers the woman physically and/or psychically abortion is possible without any limit. Sittenwidrig is a synonym for immoral, but it is also used for things that are against the law - its a bit antiquated. All court decisions aside - this is a really dumb idea. I wish that my partner would have the guts to talk about that to me (especially if it was my child growing in her) but... in the end, i can not do anything about it, since it is her body and not mine, it is her right to choose. Even if i could enforce it in court - i would not do so.

Nope. Immoral (Sittenwidrige) contracts or parts of contracts become void. They can't be enforced. (atleast here in germany)
