Seeing as 80% of men in jail and large numbers of violent rapists and serial killers of women are raised by abusive single mothers, is it time that we automatically award custody paternally? This is like antique law that is clearly out of date with the modern family unit. We hear many stories of successful single father households, but few of successful single mother households.
