2	"Equity" training at work I agree. I miss managing men. With women they expect a free therapist/mom that has to put with their shit while they actively try to make you LOOK incompetent as much as possible, when in reality it’s them that are what they accuse you to be. That’s why I opted out of doing anything for the staff I manage at my current job for Xmas. You aren’t wrong. Just set yourself up so you cover your own ass at all times.
