My university police is a branch of the local PD, so they are legit cops.

In my case all but one dorm was co-ed (different gender, different floor). If you lived in the same dorm you were free to visit whomever, but in the all girls dorm guys were forbidden from spending the nights (except on friday & saturday i think). In any case visitors had to be checked in and out.

Just throwing this out there as a female (also something I can't remember anyone exactly addressing when I was growing up) Can we start teaching girls that regretting having sex is not the same thing as rape? You can consent and still regret it afterwards, and to take steps to prevent such an encounter in the first place?

So if I were the boys parents, would there be anything I could do to bring charges against the girl for doing the same thing?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
