Hey I did and he confirmed me the same things my treating doctor told me. Unfortunately he doesn't have an idea on the health care policy in here, so I'm still searching for a solution. Great insight tho, thank you everyone.

Hey man, many thanks for caring it sincerely means a lot. I would love to but my post wasn't intended as a way to seek assistance. Nevertheless many people reached out to me a offered advice, kind words and one dude even offered financial assistance. I feel accompanied by an army right now. Also seeking assistance is against the rules and I don't know if it's okay to share personal information either. Please feel free to PM if there is anyway you can help. Paypal can work but to get the funds in…

I don't know what to say man, other people offered to help too. Haven't felt this happy in a long time. Western union and similar is the only way I know of. Don't have any problem doxxing myself, I don't know if it's against the rules tho. Any other subreddit that allows this ? Where I can doxx myself and link to it here ?

Nothing at first. I was feeling pain in my sciatic nerve. Visited a neurologist who made me do a scanner (don't know if it's the appropriate word). That's when he found it, made me do a biopsy and some blood tests. It was completely unrelated to the sciatic nerve, just a hell of a coincidence.

It's only after you're facing death that you understand its value. You appreciate everything in life knowing you might die the next week. Life is the will to power. Read some Nietzsche. Enjoy life buddy, even though I know it's easier said than done.

I'm not sure. Is it possible to transfer funds from bitcoin to a local account or it's just to pay stuff online ? Because our hospitals only accept checks and cash.

Will do man. Cheers.

Real talk ! gofundme is great, but I can't use it because my country isn't supported and there is no way to get the funds to my local bank account. Only way to receive donations from abroad is via money transfer companies like western union. Really appreciate it tho.

I tried to so, it's not an easy task when you're not in the US. Tried many websites without success. Local peer to peer lenders are out of the question because first of all this is a hefty sum around here they won't trust you with it especially if you're sick.

Haha that put a smile on my face. In fact I've been watching a lot of Monthy Python lately, always manages to get me going. Thank you brother.

There's practically no way to get funds online deposited to my country. You need to have a high value card to do so. Only way people online is by direct cash transfer, stuff like western union. I'll see if I can find a way.

Great comment very much appreciate it. My treating doctor urges me to do the treatment as it is a very dangerous type of cancer, tells me every day you lose is working against you. She didn't tell how much time I have left.

Very insightful comment thank you. Any medication you can suggest ? Will search for the equivalent here. Doctor gave me paracetamol and tramal for the pain and some medication to reduce the night sweats.

You can't take a loan in this fucking country if you're a freelancer. Would have done it if it was possible.

Would love to but if I can't even afford the treatment what big thing can I do haha ! Only thing I can do,which was one of my dreams, is climb a mountain. Not a lot to do around here.

Thought about it. Visa procedure is tough, you can't just go work there need to study abroad first. It would take a long time which I don't have right now. Thank you brother, if I manage to get through this I'll think about it. Very much appreciate it.

Hey man thank you for sharing, you can be brave but you still need a reminder from time to time, I'm grateful. I kind of know what it feels like, my mother had breast cancer when I was 20, two weeks before passing a big test to get into engineering school. She didn't tell me until after the results. Parents go through a great deal for us. Hope everything's alright now.

Managed to get 20% of the funds, still need around 8000$. I'm not sure how I feel about it. This community gave me a lot. I wouldn't want anything more than the ideas and stories shared here that made me kill the beta and be the man I am today.

Thanks man. Best gift you can give him is keeping your relationship the same as it was before. Go visit him when he s just had chemo. Ask about him, how he's doing. Keep everything the exact same way. Good luck to him, hopefully with the chemo he can beat this shit.

I started a fundraising facebook page but it didn't lead to anything besides inciting pity. The fundraising websites like gofundme and co are great but to get it rolling you need your social media friends contributing first. This is impossible as payment online is very restricted in my country. And receiving funds from these sites to my country is nearly impossible.

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. The form I have is stage 3 non hodgkinian large diffuse cells B (just translated don't know what it is called in english). I hear it's very responsive to treatment. Did one cure of chemo but couldn't continue afterwards. Thank you for sharing and for your concern.

It does. But you still gotta pay a percentage firsthand in order to benefit from it. Did everything in my power but couldn't raise the funds. It is what it is. Grateful for your concern tho.
