It's not about whether or not you have real arguments, it's the principle. When you're trying to persuade the other person to conform to your own ideas, you don't insult them. You don't attack the person. You cite statistics from reliable, peer-reviewed sources. Calling someone "Stupid", "Retard", "Misandrist", "Misogynist" doesn't change their mind, it just makes you look like a douche, regardless of your side.

I somewhat agree and disagree with you. As I said before, immunity to confess is necessary. If people who false accuse see someone who false accused and was prosecuted for it, then they are less likely to confess of the false accusation. I remember the incident of the guiy who confessed to drunk driving in a viral video and was arrested. Other people won't make the same mistake.
