the majority of all brands are the same. most brick-and-mortar stores will overprice vitamins to hell. i'd recommend buying vitamins online from amazon, anything that's 5 stars. make sure to get fish oil. start with the basic vitamins you think you're missing from lack or fruits or vegetables. after you get used to taking them regularly and feeling the benefits, you can start taking specific vitamins for specific issues, Vitamin E/Biotin for skincare/haircare - osteo-biflex for bone and cartilag…

with proper sleep and nutrition you will rarely get sick, you might stop getting sick altogether if you're healthy. Vitamin A,C,E, folic acid, and other foods like ginger/garlic will keep your immune system in shape. if you're not getting your vitamins or sleeping properly, then your immune system won't protect you. also, eat natural foods.

no, it actually sounds like your problem is neediness. you "need" these girls to want to know something about you? see what i'm getting at. manson goes over this in his book. it's fucking good dude.

in an ideal world, Models has the truth - it is healthy masculinity. the current state of society and law has brought us to a state where hedonism, hypergamy, selfishness and manipulation are rampant - for both women and men. manson is simply saying women are people too, capable of having some of the strengths and weaknesses that men have, and that you can get a lot of fulfillment out of relationships if you take the time to connect with the women around you. however, going back to my first poin…

that's cool man - i'm not native myself but if you speak it enough it'll become native! find people you trust their intuition Find people whose intuition you trust. And it still supports the authors as opposing getting it free Buying e-books still supports the authors, as opposed to getting it for free.

i mean i could do that first part and just torrent the book. the authors will be fine without my money. you're not making much of a case besides it being against your morals or something. boohoo. anyone who wants these books for free can torrent them. btw, work on your grammar a little, some of those sentences were badly constructed.

hmm... pay outrageous book prices that go to a publishing company and be shit out of luck if you don't like the book, or read and keep every book you like accessible anywhere your laptop is and get new ones immediately. i wonder what a smart man would do.

or you can not be a lazy sperg, torrent and read any book you want - take your own notes, and gain mastery of the english language as well as take inspirations from other writers for your literary voice.

ah i see. if they really did ignore you and you walked through, its not a big deal. kind of like passing a shit-test, if you hold yourself in high regard and accept your flaws as they are then naturally shit like this won't bother you. anger comes from within. I recommend you read Models by Mark Manson - that book is a great outlook on healthy masculinity.
