The trick here is to not buy a ton of "tokens" or whatever the currency is, drink slow (from my experience, women drink just as slow/fast as you do on first dates), and then relocate to another bar nearby. Not only does this show you her spontaneity, but it helps the wallet and provides new atmosphere to talk about.

Yeah, I was doing online dating for a little while, but maybe I was giving off too much of a dating vibe to women. I really don't want anything serious, so a fwb situation would be perfect. Just have to filter them better. Thanks man, much appreciated.

She's one of a million man. Don't worry why she ghosted, just be the bigger person and say hey and ask how she's been and what she is up to. Maybe you showing her that you couldn't care less will peak her interest again.

Cooking is also a hobby of mine. I'm always a little hesitant at inviting a girl over to my place for me to cook for her on a first date. In my experience I've had a lot of success with using a cooking date as a second date. You are more comfortable, the conversation is smoother, and it almost always leads to the bedroom. So, a question for you: His much resistance do you get suggesting your place for the first date?

Don't. Take it from a guy that has hooked up with a girl from work. It only leads to awkwardness and soon enough, one of you will have to leave your place of work or deal with avoiding one another for a long time. Talk to her, sure. Flirt? Okay. But never take it to the next level. Just treat her like another guy and have her introduce you to her friends and then once you/she go for another job, strike.

Have fun and remember to keep eye contact when talking. No one likes a shifty eyes.

My 2 cents: Never go to dinner or a movie for a first date. These are dates that anyone can do. Be different. Also, the money saved adds up if you keep going on first dates. If you can't find a fun date in your town, go get a drink or two, relocate to some live music, escalate, and then go back to your place. The best date that I have come up with that creates an intimate setting is one where you buy small canvas', some paint brushes, and some paint, get a thick blanket with a bottle of wine, an…

I just don't like this dude. He says "Yeah" A LOT, isn't funny, isn't intelligent and the convos just seem so damn stale to me. Yay for being good looking...

You were THAT guy at the bar. No one wants to be THAT guy unless it is their bachelor party. One thing that you should think about: I know all about those places where you think everyone is fucked up beyond recognition, but really, it is just a handful of people and your sea vision (shit just isn't ever straight). Try going out with just 2 or three drinks in you. This will keep you warm, still coherent enough to notice what the fuck is happening, and make it easy peasy with women. I have been do…

Never apologize for having the balls to talk to a girl out of the blue. Not many guys can even think about doing that. Use a lot of situation speak. This is when there is something happening or just happened and you mention that. Even something like "So, how about that angle... it was oddly cute." Something odd man, anything. Approaching is half the battle though! Just need more practice at talking to the opposite sex.... therefore, do it more!!

Personally, it throws me out of state. This weekend I smoked Friday and Saturday because friends were in town that I hadn't seen in a while. I could not approach at all. I felt like my old self again, which wasn't good. I will stick to two drinks a night with no other drugs from now on.

Give it right back to her. If she asks if you want to make plans for "so and so date", just say you are busy with something else way cooler. Still hang out with her, but make yourself scarce when it comes to being able to hang out.

Personally, I don't like riding with other people if I go out because if something like this happens, I want to finish (logistics) Keep that abundance mentality. It seems like you already have your mind made up on what you want to do. Just do what you said in that last sentence: Don't put a lot of effort in her and continue gaming other women. She will notice that you are a social guy that other women are attracted to and she will jump your bones one of these nights. Tell us when she does.

I am the exact same way and my wing got told by the girl's friend that I was way too touchy and forward. That is just the way I am. If she doesn't like it, fuck her and move on to one of billions of women out there that LOVE to be touched.

Gotcha... I didn't read the wall of text, just snippets of it. If you are dating her, just ask her. Open communication and all that.

We are all constantly learning. Personally, when that happens, I just don't text her back. It's all about the abundance mentality man.

Weigh your options. You can (1) Not text her back at all showing her that you are not a man to fuck with. (2) Text her back saying you are still mad or disappointed, but I see this as a terrible solution because you come off as alpha and she is the only girl in your life right now. (3) Plow through and say something like "I am actually relieved. I was thinking I had to share my (insert craft beer or something here) with you :P" (4) Wait a few days and just text her saying that she should make it…

Stop thinking about getting laid! Just let it happen man. Staying in the moment is all about letting the vibe wash over you. The first thing I do when I walk into a bar is grab a drink (I know that a lot of seddit is all about making an entrance but I don't like that). After I get a drink, I gaze around while sipping. I let myself get acclimated to the atmosphere and make eye contact with as many women as possible. Hold it until they look away. If she holds it for a long time, talk to her and ma…

I don't get asked it until after my intentions are known, but I am willing to bet that somewhere down the line I will be asked. This will be waiting in my back pocket. Thanks

That's one point I need to make (make it known). I use kino a lot (even my lesbian friends notice I use it with every person I come across) but it may be too friendly of kino?

Awesome. It sounds like a similar thing with me. I am 25 right now and have gotten this since I was in college.

Nope. I am 6ft 1 at 185 pounds. I work out a lot, so definitely not the skinny guy. I am a ginger though, so that might throw some for a loop. Not many red heads around actively walking up to women. I have good posture and will not change that for anyone, but certainly it's not a "butler vibe"

Oh, I definitely don't try to get details. I just say that I get that a lot with a little tease attached like "But, you will realize later..." or something similar.

Alright... if it is working, I just need to let it be until it no longer works. It is always at first and I wonder if this makes them more comfortable, making it easier to hook up with them. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for the advice. I do keep clean and dress well in my opinion. I will just keep with it like you said until I have a drastic change where it is hindering me.

Alright. You think I should just not get numbers anymore? Rather to fail right away than to drag it out right?

Damn man, it is like you read my mind. After my lack of success over the past few months, I am getting frustrated... very frustrated. It feels like I go out, talk to a ton of women, get a few numbers each night and none of them amount to anything. It always comes back to me blaming myself and thinking that I am just not worth it and was only given a number because they pitied me. It is nice to read that rejection is of the norm and once I do succeed, it will all be worth it. Thanks

My clarification skills are as clear as an after-shower mirror. I agree with the high caliber thing and being in social circles. She will know that her friends like you, so why wouldn't she? I have had it turn awkward a few times before though...

Maybe you don't realize that I am talking about the guys that write FRs about going out with a group of people. There is a girl in that group in which this guy is interested in. He then succeeds with her. That right there is easy because the group as a whole has already made the girl in the group feel comfortable from the get-go, which means her guard is down, which leads to a more casual outing, which leads to easier scoring (number, kiss, whatever) without even implementing a lot of seduction …

I have recently meta lady and have texted her 5 times in 3 days. Two of the texts were to tell her that we were hanging out. So far, so good.
