5	Anyone newly divorced into lockdown? Same exact timeline. It feels like purgatory a little with not being able to really go out and meet new people but I’ve found the outdoors to be a great way to clear my head whether it’s hiking, running or camping. They may never know what you’ve been through but if they know it can give some accountability to stay strong when days like today happen.
