I know when to let it roll off my back. My dad lets every minor inconvenience throw him into unbridled rage and projects it onto my family. There's times to be mad, really really mad (this sub taught me a lot about getting angry at the right things) but there's some day-to-day mishaps that you just have to step back and say, is this really worth my stress right now? Not sweating the small stuff gives you the energy to get mad about the big stuff, the stuff that really matters to you.

This is why I love living alone in my own house. It's just me, my peace and my free time. The house stays cleaner for longer. If I'm having a bad day, I can fuck right off to bed and sleep well, knowing that no one is destroying my house while I'm resting. I don't live an exciting life, but I have a tranquil one, and that's worth it's weight in gold.

Go into any diet subreddit and the guys will be like, "ate 5000 calories this month instead of 7000 and I lost 200 pounds in 3 months!" They will have thousands of upvotes and overshadow all of the women working their absolute ass off. Not to mention many of these women are struggling with hormonal issues like PCOS at the same time. When I was younger and used OLD, I made the grave mistake of listing my orientation as Bi. Men come out in droves asking if you want to be a "third" in their relationship. When I was a child and a teen, I had an untreated binge eating disorder. I was able to eat very very large meals throughout the day and thought about food constantly.
