I had PPA and it was so rough. I’m glad it’s getting better and you recognize it. I had a hard time realizing I wasn’t having normal first time mom anxieties and that my fears/worries/behaviors weren’t normal.

EBF. We introduced the bottle early because we had weight issues and I had to supplement with pumped milk after every feed. Baby refused pacifiers but never refused the bottle I think because we introduced it so early at 2 weeks.

I’ll take boring! Since having the baby my bf has taken over dinner duties. He is always doing something just a little extra with every meal so I’m glad he’s made it his responsibility while I’m busy caring for our daughter but I’m afraid that once I take that back over he’ll expect the little additions. I’m at my max brain capacity so I can handle chicken, veg, and carb but he always “suggests” something else which is why he’s taken over kitchen duties. I’m happy with simple and I’d be fine eat…

Healthy food doesn’t make me nauseous or anything I just crave carbs now like never before! I can eat healthy stuff just fine. I just don’t want to! 😭

I’m breastfeeding my 9 month old so healthy food never seems appealing. Luckily my SO has taken over kitchen duties because I just can’t manage that before bedtime with baby girl.
