It depends on the state you live in, in Washington where I live the age of consent is 16 years old if the partner is within 5 years of age. Theres no Romeo and juliet law though so 2 15 year olds could be prosecuted if they had sex.

I feel like the biggest point OP is trying to make, is that a game that is supposed to accurately represent a historical war, is being pressured into changing how it actually was. Battlefield 5 is alt history, but they act like it is historically accurate, that's the problem I think.

I wanted to know my rights as a man, and all the possible implications of her calling the cops, and advice going forth, if she does, what does that mean for me? I know there's biases in court and all that, but how far reaching is it, what are my options, would I be believed.
