Maui does a load of good shit but then steals the heart of te-fiti, which causes death and darkness to come into the world. Moana is the chiefs daughter ( and yep, she is entitled and ungrateful because her life of comfort isn't enough and she dreams of fucking off from the island on a boat and ignoring her father's wishes).
