Yeah they’re more worried about funding prisons and keeping them filled and open rather than trying to prevent crime. I understand what you’re getting at. My sister preached about prison reform I think at some point. The purpose of prisons is supposed to be rehabilitation rather than just whatever tf it’s supposed to be now.

Well tbh we should have prison reform (yeah these two shouldn’t have been optimistic after what they did, it’s unforgivable). I think that’s what they’re getting at. I always wonder this then I think a little bit (still think it’s stupid that they step in after the girl gets hit and not the guy). He is dealing very good blows to her head while she was very clearly shit at fighting. It’s kinda like a ref jumping in a fight when one person will clearly lose badly and serious damage might be done (serious damage wasn’t going to be done soon but she was not going to be able to put up any kind of fight)
