Ahh. The news channels were cutting sick about that this morning. I wear headphones in the gym (the only place I have to deal with tv's that I can't turn off), so it's good to have context. I figured it was bullshit

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I can't foam roll it, I see a professional to clear the knots. I mostly foam roll my lats and over the ribs, and that removes the elbow pain.

I had it pretty severely a few years ago, and it still occasionally bothers me. For me, it stems from tight lats and sub scapulars. When I foam roll my lats and serratus area, it's full of very painful knots. Once they're gone, my elbow is tip top again.

Entirely unwarranted. You've come across a DramaQueen in its native habitat

It's scary when you think about it. Everything is heading towards automation, what's going to happen when the worker becomes obsolete? You can't live a life of abstract, purposeless pleasure

Of course. My apologies, I failed to include office politics. I am (I consider) fortunate enough to not have an indoors office job. How would you approach the situations?

TRP has so many uses. Being more assertive and confident in my workplace not only got me promoted, it helped me become a proper leader that inspires confidence and action. Plus I get what I want, because I go out and get it.

Whilst I'm not disagreeing that creepy has pathetic and out of context overtones, it's very possible to be creepy. Consider someone who has been rejected by a woman, and instead of nexting, follows her around, constantly in her personal space. Or stalking, or sending constant unsolicited texts. Shit like that is creepy That being said, most women just use it to make themselves feel better about rejecting someone they deem a lower SMV.

Some of you guys are fucking machines in the morning. 5am - alarm goes off 0500-0510 pure hatred of the morning seeps out 0510 - shamble to kitchen. No light, eyes too full of hate. Somehow get coffee beans from freezer, put pot on 0515 - shamble to bathroom. Piss. Shave with easy electric razor. Grumble. Brush teeth 0520 - drink sweet nectar of the gods 0525 - get clothes on 0530 - finish pot of sweet nectar 0535 - throw pre prepared food in bag. Grab helmet and jacket, ride to work. 0600 - gro…

I lived in Richmond, now I'm in Townsville. Much, much better to live. I met a girl from Geelong up here, hit it off like a house on fire. Sydney is just a cesspool of fuglies and women expecting you to earn 200k+

I lived in outer-west Sydney for 6 years. The quality of woman out that way was shithouse, but you wouldn't know it from the way they acted. Incredible entitlement, lack of basic manners and life abilities, just bullshit. I'm glad I found the RP and left that poisonous place.

It's a pretty sad state of affairs. But like I've learnt here, people desperately cling to their pre-conceived notions. I'm not going to argue with someone who doesn't want to accept differing opinions.

I saw that in a thread last night about a guys 24yo wife shaming him for wanting sex in their marriage. Everybody was attacking a user for posting here, no one was talking about his advice which I viewed as well-constructed and helpful. But red-pill poster, everything he spews is misogyny!! The fuck, people?

I saw the greatest results when I was squatting twice a week. Definitely cut out a bench day and get under a heavy bar, OP.

Agreed. Plus, it's crazy just how much hate this sub gets. I just saw a thread on /r/quityourbullshit that just blatantly attacked everything here, for everything. Sure, there's some misogyny, but every time I see it, someone is quick to point out that hating women does nothing! The advice is always to let go of the bitterness and lift your way into happiness. TRP is in essence a source to improve yourself. People despise it. Mystifying.

They had it a few years ago when petrol prices went over $1. They've been phased out now though, probably too many complaints.

Yeah I guess so. From my point of view, it seems like it's reinforcing the beta mandate of how to 'treat' women. But you're no doubt right. Mystifies me that people watch it though

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
