I applied many of the principles I learned from here and success in career and with women followed. But I still feel like I very often act against my own nature, when I apply red pill strategies when interacting with women. It's mainly me holding myself back and not showing the enthusiasm and friendliness I would normally show towards girls. It certainly works, but sometimes I think it's not me. Any advice on those thoughts from you side? Does it become natural after more time?

A fantastic read. It resonates very well with the book "mastery". Thank you for the great advice.

Too much investment. Especially if you guys are 450 km apart.

Yeah you definetly have a legit point there. Today's mainstream media is completely controlled and nowhere near independent. I'm from Europe somost of the TV station you mention don't apply to me, but we have the same problem of synchronised media agenda over here. I think it's quite healthy not to care too much about the news anyway and focus more on seeking knowledge, rather than seeking information. This means less media, more books. Seek out original data too. Very often you get data after t…

If you pay for cable tv you are a Blue Pill fool. What is this bullshit? Calling someone BluePill because he pays for his TV? "Look at me I'm more alpha that you, because I watch tv over the internet"

Is this seriously the level of quality that we post here on trp? I mean I do have respect for all the people on trp, who are taking this journey with me, but this post is just plain bullshit. This post has nothing to do with Redpill philosophy whatsoever.

Great post. I love how TRP offers so much advice and examples how to improve yourself. It's always interesting to hear what RedPill lifestyles other people live.

Great post and very motivating. All 5 stages are real and valuable in their own ways. What stages are you referring to here?

Incredible post! I have lifting and meditation going for me but I need to focus on my career. You make it all sound very managable. Respect

This is great advice, spot on. I definetly recommend posting hype posts on the party's facebook group, starting 2 days prior to the party. This way, people see it in their newsfeed and you won't come across as desperate.

I'm already doing exactly that. Every week I choose one new thing I want to do every day or one thing I don't want to do anymore. So I just keep going, but good luck to all. My advice, create some chart or table that makes yourself accountable.

I would strongly advise to replace "you" with "I" and repeat every night before going to bed. If you internalise this it has huge potential.

Absolutely true. If you give her the shit tests back in a funny way you seem like you are standing above all this and you seem more loose and not so up tight.

Thanks a lot for this advice. I will use this advice to optimize my rest time and nutrition. Once I have the habit of weight-lifting properly established I will look into starting some form of combat training. Taking one step at a time.

This sounds like great advice. How do you manage to combine fight training with a weight-lifting routine? I'm fairly new to TRP and I started hitting the gym three times a week. I'm normally have muscle soreness the day after lifting and I don't know if it would work to put in one session of martial arts every week. I'm not saying that's the only reason why I don't do martial arts, I'm just curious how you manage it.

Is keeping track of your lifting and how much you lift an accurate example for generating extra dopamin output in connection to lifting?

Most people today only know Maslow for his hierarchy of needs, but what is of even greater relevance to aspiring Red Pill Men is his study of Self-Actualizing individuals. Instead of learning about the mind by studying sick or damaged minds, he made his life work studying extremely healthy, accomplished, successful people. He then drew conclusions and found commonalities about these people which make up a very useful praxeology of apex-level lives. Can you recommend any reading material on his f…

True dat! If each player has chosen a strategy and no player can benefit by changing strategies while the other players keep theirs unchanged, then the current set of strategy choices and the corresponding payoffs constitutes a Nash equilibrium. So as you said, everyone could get a higher utlity by changing to the blond.

The scene in the movie is not even an exact analogy of a Nash equilibrium.

I have experienced an increase in productivity. I don't feel needier, but I feel more drawn to people. I would generally describe it, as if my priorities are shifting from lower needs like sex, food, gaming, to higher goals like self-fullfilment, sport, career.

Well in my case I get quite many looks from woman, if I'm feeling confident and walk, while keeping eye contact with people. It's always hard to say, why this happens. One big factor is practicing abstaining from masturbation, after one week of doing that I feel like a magnet. But then again, it could be just a result of the display of confidence. I think "knowing" what you are worth might not be enough that woman feel it, you might have to show your worth via displaying your confidence. Maybe. …

Great post, well written and fitting metaphors! The irony is that once you have this frame of abundance, the technique will flow from you. That part can also be applied to increasing your sexual market value. If you know that you are working out, pursuing a career, reading every day, have a good clothing style.... than you know, that millions of women in this world would love to get with you. Once you start working on yourself and notice that women show interest in you, you will also stop puttin…

Guys stop hating on sam! He's probably one of the most knowledgeable characters in Game of Thrones and despite his cowardice behaviour, he will man up in order to protect his loved ones. Don't be so one dimensional in your judge of his manliness. In "the rational male" it is said, that many people might show alpha/beta behaviour depending on what aspect of their lives you look at. For me, people like Stephen Hawking, Richard Feynman and even the shy Edward Witten are fucking alphas, because they…
