I can blame the bartender if I have too much to drink, so why not blame the guy who pushes you off the wagon?

This poster is a thief and a low effort karma farmer trying to repost top posts from this sub's past, w/o even changing the title. You should report this: https://www.reddit.com/r/pussypassdenied/comments/alntpp/oscar_nominations/

Well what usually happens is that someone starts recording after tension escalates. It seems OP records the entire encounter, which can eliminate the “what did you say before you started recording”?

How about the puppy I mentioned first? It was bought from a breeder, and raised with another grown dog, who was as gentle as gentle could be, and also multiple cats. Still bit one family friends kid twice so the kid was terrified of it. The second was a family members kid, and she was a nurse, so it had to be reported because she brought the child to the ER.

I've only ever seen one dog attack multiple children, and that dog was a Husky, it attacked the children of both a family friend and a member of my family. I also had an Ex who took in a rescue husky which within a few months, killed her cat, whom she had had since she was a child.

She's a good spokesperson. On some things, and I say that as a fan. Her view of Pitbulls is antiquated and I have heard her state that they have jaws that lock and other such mis-information. I agree with her when some idiot lets a dog that "doesn't get along with other animals" play with a strangers kid, and surprise, surprise, it bites, and she calls them idiots, but sometimes a case comes in with two dogs and she sides with the non-pitbull side more because she intimates they are more violenc…

And the other people in the room did nothing to stop it? Or why did she sit down on the bed, rather than flee out the open door 5' from her with nothing/no one in her way.

Fine, if you drop it as you are clearing it to clean. Again, the difference is intent and premeditation.

Because it's the difference between waiting outside a home to shoot someone and dropping a gun while cleaning and the bullet killing someone across the street.

But one was murder and one was manslaughter. One actively killed the child with direct force. The other did something stupid and careless and the result was the child dying. A baby may have died in each case, but the cause of death wasn't the same.

Manslaughter isn't murder. Manslaughter can be the result of a negligent homicide. If you think that a mother being the cause of death for her own child won't bother her for the rest of her life, perhaps we should punish her and her other child even more...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
