Except if you looked at the statistics, most of the people with genital herpes (90%) don't even know they have it. And the statistics for oral herpes is even worse. Source: http://www.ashasexualhealth.org/stdsstis/statistics/ Which is another reason why people avoid getting STD screens and why we need to just let this stigma die. Most people have it and it isn't really a big deal besides being a minor inconvenience. But hey, let's not let facts get in the way of our misguided feelings.

This isn't the correct answer. Herpes transmits from skin to skin contact, not from inside the vagina. Think groin contact vs. p in v. The only way to avoid genital herpes is to never have sex, which is of course ridiculous and why so many people have it.

The worst part of the disease is the stigma, not the actual symptoms. That being said, be prepared for your reputation to disintegrate pretty fast if you're having sex and not telling partners your status. The disease can be transmitted even with condom use.

Nah. If you live in a city, cold approaching and social circle game is good enough most of the time. I only use Tinder during the winter months where people don't go out as much.

What is your opinion on finding a professional to take a headshot of you for Tinder? I've been told I have great pics in general but no good ones of my face.

I can say the only time I really feel bad is when I blatantly fuck up the interaction somehow, either by failing to remember something I've learned in the past or my own stupidity. But when a girl rejects me because she's just not interested, or otherwise, then not really. Let me give an example: I was on a date Sunday with a gorgeous Russian girl. Travels, knows many languages, is super smart, the whole deal. She was also slightly older. She straight up tells me that I seem self-centered and eg…

Kinda hard to do that when you're working 50 hours a week.

I don't know any female photographers, but I know male ones....

Read them, still have bad matches. All comes down to the pictures.

This is a bad idea, and you will regret it. That's really all the insight you need.

Smoking pot and playing video games is way cheaper than nights out at the bar, just saying. Kinda aligns with the "saving money" goal quite well.

Well maybe idk....create a social circle to make this easier on yourself? And your issue is you go out specifically to get girls. This is not what I mean. You see beautiful girls everywhere I'm sure. Talk to them when you're at the supermarket/coffee shot/etc. If the issue is you have no reason to leave the house besides girls, I think your issue may be more you don't have friends/hobbies/a life. A girl isn't going to be attracted to that ultimately. If your weekends consist of going on a bunch …

Try an app called "real life". It works pretty well and you don't have to worry about an update changing your matching algorithm.

You said it yourself, "I can never successfully follow them up." Don't worry about being successful or not. Just doing something, anything, is more "successful" than what you are doing now, even if your approach is so bad they throw drinks at you.

Groundbreaking stuff here. Girls prefer guys who make a move compared to those who don't. Never would have thought that!

A 33 year old coworker told me on his birthday: "I wish I had gotten more done by this age". He looked so sad that day.

There's calorie dense foods that you can take advantage of. Peanut butter and other nuts in general are very calorie dense and not too expensive. Start couponing if you have to. Milk is another (I've actually made some crazy gains on a mostly milk diet). Eating healthy isn't all that expensive when you think about the return on investment (your health). Sure, bad food is cheap, but think of how much you will be paying in medical fees once you get diabetes. Our health insurance in this country is…

Calorie counting will change everything dude. You're probably only eating 1500-2000 calories a day like I was.

All my guy friends have told me that I don't need therapy, and all the girls I have dated and never had sex with told me I needed therapy. It's definitely beein in my mind for a while. I'm into reading philosophy right now. I'm getting away from the pickup stuff because it puts myself in my head too much. I'm reading Friedrich Nietszche (sp?) currently. The man was so ahead of his time.

Yes. I have read both. Should I do therapy even though I plan on moving soon?

Yea self-deprecation is a huge issue for me. I used to do stand-up comedy in college and that was the basis of my act. I definitely have issues with "deserving" sex from women that I am constantly working through.

By the way. EVERY company says you will only work 40 hours. Just wait until you start working.

I know how you feel. Engineering is a tough discipline, and takes an appropriate amount of sacrifice (in my opinion). Just stick with it. It offers great lifestyles and the chance for rewarding careers, but don't expect to have much of a social life if you want to make that happen.

That's cool, just don't expect to make $80k a year and only work 40 hours a week.

In this day and age, women have any man they want on the internet at any time. Sure she could like me, but why would she wait when she has lots of other dudes with more free time (and possibly more money) that are hitting her up as well?
/r/seduction17/10/13 01:32 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
