People will say you’re an asshole when you’re actually being assertive and true to who you are. Its only natural that other people will hate on you for it and slap the asshole sticker on your forehead. Like be sensitive and respectful to women, but when it comes down to it being disagreeable and having your own values does not require that you express yourself like an ass. Personally, I try to tell girls that I have strong opinions but that doesn’t mean I judge people for not being like me.

EDIT: Spelling, Clarity Also questions NOT to ask: “Is this a date?” Unless you are the one that was invited, do not question whether it is a date or not. If you are clear in your intentions and they don’t mention an SO, just assume the best. “What do you think about me?” If you feel like the other person is not interested in anything about you or not asking you personal questions... ask yourself if you mentioned anything to them that makes you interesting. “I actually worked 3 jobs that summer”…

I can only speak in the context that both parties are known to be interested in each other such as through tinder, giving each other the “fuck me” eyes, or saying yes to coffee or lunch (most one-one meetings with members of the opposite sex are likely dates) If you can’t tell if its a date, just treat it like a date.
