2	What behaviors or habits scream low self-esteem? Think about it in an evolutionary scenario. You hunch your shoulders to protect your chest. In a public setting with several rival males, hunching your shoulders show you're afraid of them hurting your chest. Meanwhile a person with his chest forward communicates "See how much confidence I have in my strength to bare my most vital organs without any defense. Try taking a hit, I dare you."
