I agree with the premise of don't be overly nice, don't put yourself lower to appease a woman, etc. but your statement that women are only nice to be manipulative/narcissistic is definitely degrading, unfair, and completely wrong

very difficult to get a girlfriend if you aren't able to make female friends. Take it slow and focus on that first. Don't worry about looks, find other reasons why you don't have female friends.
