She doesn't deserve a penny. None of her kids are his and he isn't responsible for paying for them. Further, she married someone else at this time. The appeal court said no and they are going to the supreme Court with palms up. Doubt it'll happen, justice is served.

I agree with you for the most part. Some people are punished much too harshly. Meanwhile, some people are not punished harshly enough (rich people, women) and these people need greater punishment for the bad they do. Letting them get away with their crimes only encourages them to do it again

Right on about the Nordic laws. Canada is looking at imposing them and it just boggles my mind how they can think it is a good idea. Yes it is fair. If you have a bad back an employer shouldn't be obligated to pay you more as a carpenter because you have to go through the pain. A business is there to make money and they pay you for the work done, the value you create. If you are unable to work as many hours as another for any reason, you don't deserve to be paid for those missed hours. Otherwise, I'm going to become a chronic migraine sufferer who needs to go home an hour early everyday as well.

It makes me sick that somebody spends years in prison for nothing but a false accusation. How does she live with herself?
