Getting good grades and setting up my future >>>>> girls. And if high school's the best time in your life, better than you're working on something you're passionate about, that's truly sad. Besides, that is kind of the point of my post: I'm asking that since I have a lot more free time now anyway, where can I make friends and approach girls outside school.

You're right that befriending older people can help me learn life lessons. I ca have deep conversations and learn important things. However, these aren't really people I can hang out with on a regular basis. Even if not good friends, I'd like to meet people my age I can hang out casually. What hobbies should I take up for that?
