| 3 | How to deal with a stutterI have a similar issue. I'm a 22 F and I don't stutter all the time but when I get excited and super passionate about something my speech speeds up and then my words fall over each other and then I stutter. Something that helps me is proper breathing as well but also knowing what you are going to say and thinking over each word as you say it.
