yea, i know someone who was on it and they are already back to 200 pounds. sad. I am losing weight with lifestyle changes diet changes and CBT(therapy not cocks) and its going well. I wonder how useful therapy could be for those who struggle with weight loss.

It’s bad long term but also only works for weight loss if you keep taking it unless combined with lifestyle and diet changes You will lose weight on it, but keeping it off only happens with real change or lifelong dependence

ozempic is a lifelong drug for weightloss in most patients. imo the real benefit of it is that its being trialed as a drug to help any addiction, not just food. i've heard it be described as a drug that makes you have no reason to do anything you used to be addicted to. i wonder what the long term mental consequences are
