| 1 | Lady kills man in fit of road rage, expected a slap on the wrist...So the fact she's too stupid to understand what hitting a biker at 90mph means this isn't murder? The chase proves intent. Whether or not she thought it was deadly force should be irrelevant when it is deadly force. Voluntary manslaughter should be for when you initiate a fight and punch them in the pterion and kill them in a single punch due to bad luck of the hit.
