Bro the rock is 50 and in better shape than he was in his 20s. He still won’t admit he’s using and probably abusing roids.

I ain’t dying for the west or the east. They both have discriminatory policies and laws. Only thing I’ll say is culture is slightly less anti male in the East.

The survival rate is higher anywhere else when compared to the battle field Edit: Irony is prison is probably the second worst place to be after war. So it’s like if you don’t chose the first worst thing which is to die in war you get the second worst thing which is prison. Not to mention both the American army and prison have a sexual abuse epidemic (where men are more affected).

Glad you’re handling the tiggers well. And thanks it really took a lot out of me. Reporting is really difficult because you always feel like there’s more you could’ve said. And you’re right that’s the one benefit I try to tell myself. Even through I didn’t get Justice at least there’s a trail and it can help someone else if they come forward. You’re right but I don’t think it had anything to do with his age. He’s probably a psychopath so in his head he’ll justify the behavior regardless of his a…

So true I’ve literally lived this. I remember church goers asking the priest “should I buy this house?”, “Why isn’t my son well?”, and “is this a good investment?”. So insane because he didn’t know shit about psychology or physical health.

Meditation is not a form of prayer. Meditation involves focused attention and awareness, which has a wide range of psychological benefits. https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-meditation-2795927 Im not modeling it after religion meditation was around before religion.

Whats the point here ? I didn’t even mention child support I was referring to stereotypes the religion pushes but since you brought it up all of our laws are founded on Christian values which literally are misandrist. Our rape laws backwards Our dmv laws backwards VAWA yet men are way more likely to be a victim of a violent crime backwards Thanks Christianity for pushing the female victim and female privilege narrative. Also thank it for demonizing men. I’m not even going to get into the verses …

Yeah that’s ignorant. The church is built in part on the religion. Not only that historians have literally disproved many passages from the Bible. Look up Christopher Hitchens. He rips Christianity and Islam to shreds. No one said anything about perfection but the ideals that Christianity teaches is simply outdated. There are better men’s to building community rather than religion in todays world take a picking from book clubs to festivals to car meets to sporting events and many more. Picture t…

I appreciate this detailed response. Ty for reading my comment I know it was quiet long. I might just take you up on that DM some time. Hope you’re coping with those triggers in a way that’s healthy and safe for you. Thanks for acknowledging the male sexual abuse struggle. Btw I completely forgot to mention the other reason I pushed my self to come forward is because he lives literally across the street from a elementary school (which is for ages 5-11) by himself so I had to do it for myself and…

Doing better than some drivers for sure. I literally linked you the definition of cult. I grew up Roman Catholic, the church is wildly corrupt. You’d be ignorant to follow a religion so illogical. Organized religion are cults as well as scams preying in the naive and ignorant. From a men’s rights perspective do you have any idea how many boys are sexually abused in the church? It’s a lot!

It’s a cult Buddy. Not a preconceived notion at all. cult - a particular system of religious worship, especially with reference to its rites and ceremonies. Definition of: 'cult' is: ''. Learn more at: https://www.dictionary.com/browse/cult It’s 2024 the cars can literally drive themselves and you think Christianity isn’t cult.

Religion doesn’t at all value community it literally teaches you that if someone isn’t the same religion as you they’re going to hell. It’s 2024 I think it’s about time we leave these cults behind and adopt new ways to practice spirituality and build community.

Bro it literally puts us into boxes. Most of our backward laws that work against men were founded in Christian ideals. How are you saying this?
/r/MensRights06/04/24 12:05 AM

That shit ass just like all other major religions. They all glamorized cults that enable different forms of abuse especially sexual abuse. The ongoing sexual abuse epidemic of boys in the Catholic Church is insane. Religions out stereotypes on men and hold us in boxes. I can also make a genuine argument for how religion drives Gynocentrism.

Men deserve the choice to opt out of father hood of she wants to raise the child by all means. All financial and paternal responsibilities should be his choice. 50/50 custody should a lot be the default.

Thanks. To be honest everyone included in the situation at 16 including the hooker was wrong she definitely knew I was under age, she also knew I was under the influence, she also knew that I didn’t initiate nor consent to the act so she is just as much to be blamed. I don’t care how bad your financial situation is or if you have an abusive pimp you shouldn’t be doing that with teenagers. No if ands or buts. Also there’s no way she thought I was of age because at 16 I definitely looked underage …

As a male survivor myself im a straight guy by 22 I had been a victim of sexual abuse 3 times. I didn’t finally tell anyone until I was 22. The problem is there’s a lack of resources for men and this leaves us with no where to go creating a vicious cycle. When it first happened at 16 believe it or not I told my family I’m a virgin and I’m proud of it so guess what they did got me drunk to a point where I’m blacked out and hired a hooker. Woke up the next morning with ptsd and depression. I tried…

It’s not complex at all. It’s been a long known fact that more men fall victim to sexual abuse than women in America. It’s not a competition tho because rape is bad no matter who the victim is. That being said there is a lack of male sexual abuse survivor resources and male sexual abuse is severally under researched. Edit: Seeing that men make up more of the victim pool it’s insane that it’s under researched and that there’s a lack of resources but that is the case.
