if you tell someone I will marry you if you have sex with me, that is coercion. To get charged with a law like that the woman would not only need proof she was coerced, but she’d likely need to live in another country. Coercion is rape, yes. Manipulating someone into having sex with you is rape. Let’s not be silly and pretend men in India are getting accused of rape left right and centre, let alone being charged…
