Discrimination is illegal, and not a pleasant thing in any sense but it happens without including any social constructs. Nature discriminates all the time. Men mostly are stronger than woman, therefore a physical job will probably have a better and faster output by discriminating in the same way. Unfortunately or fortunately, men and woman aren’t equal in many different ways. Society’s role is to level the playing field so that we can all be reasonably fulfilled and self sufficient.
