Assuming a thing is offensive to all people (or should be felt as such), because it's offensive to one group who are subjected to it vastly more than any other, is flawed - it's crabs in a bucket to suggest the people who are chill with it should by default be offended because others are.

It centres on women in the same way as MRA centres on men. Both are responses to the elite, aka the patriarchy, exploiting all of us, but feminism is also a response to thinks like historical normalisation of domestic abuse and sexual violence, and repression of women's rights, hence the need for things like the Suffragette movement.

Feminism isn't designed for men, and no-one is arguing that it is. The fact is that feminism can help men as well. Feminism absolutely can be for men, and pretty much every feminist I've met IRL has been about equity. I eventually stopped referring to myself an egalitarian and just accepted 'feminist' as a label that can mean many things, after describing my ideology to a friend who told me it correlated perfectly with her brand of feminism.
