Had mine at 28 after 3 kids at the local gp. I had pain for a few years. Noticeable change in texture, more watery, less sticky. Left side had more blue ball type pain. Right side was more painful during surgery (intertwined nerves) but came good quickly. If I hadn’t had kids yet but wanted one, would definitely store some sperm if not cost prohibitive.
