I just like the sound of those two words together, Reddit autosuggested something like it for my username. It’s not meant to be about me. I think this is a big thing people don’t factor in with your type of work. I know for myself I am terrible at having a boss and it’s been a major road block in my life. I think some people’s temperament is just not suited to having a random boss. Like they have to earn your respect first which already isn’t what a boss wants to have to do.
