3	Saying a patriarchy exists is no different than saying a nebulous Jewish power exists to dominate Christians. It’s nonsense. And it’s designed to normalize violence against men. 3	Why the hell men can't cry? I'm a man who doesn't cry, but every now and then I have a mini breakdown where I cry uncontrollably, maybe once a year. I spent a few months seeing a therapist but couldn't break through this wall. We think it's to do with me losing my parents at a young age and being the only man in the family and a subconscious need to be the big strong man. It's not healthy, and it really sucks. 5	I lost my job couple of months ago just because I'm not a woman and last week, I couldn't get a job, again, because of my gender. Right. I understand that companies want to demonstrate equality, but they think that the way to do that is to have 50% of each male and female, same with race, same with sexuality etc. That's great in theory, but like it or not - the majority of people are heterosexual, and depending on your location the majority will be a certain race. 28	I lost my job couple of months ago just because I'm not a woman and last week, I couldn't get a job, again, because of my gender. I was hiring for my team a few years ago and my Director (very Liberal female) encouraged me to hire a woman. I said that was discrimination and I would hire whoever was right for the job.
