I sort of agree, I don't care about money because I can get my own. I don't even know if this counts as hypergamy but everyone has something they like in a partner, like a woman that can cook or a man that can change a tyre. Some people might like money or status only but it's a small group.

Not that he has them, if he puts unblurred pictures of them. Especially if he's also included names, an easy to workout location that they visit often, school uniforms. Putting dating before your kids safety...

For me its not look down just for being a single dad but when i see them do something that i consider stupid i will look down on them for that. Posting pics of their kids on their dating profile or attaching their insta with kid photos being the lesser. Full blown look down on them when they say something like "the courts make me pay x in childsupport, she's trying to rinse me". I'm in the uk, it's capped and most of the time these men don't pay enough for a spare room in the mums house let alon…

I don't think we do. It's more the thought of being rejected preventing the initial reaction. Men have also gone this way so initiate less too and will stay single. Both act similar getting dumped.

Not negatively and maybe a little of topic but I'm a lot more cautious about dating men with full time custody. I don't want to flippently meet someones kids without knowing the level of relationship I wamt with the person, I don't want to upset the children or the mother. I think men saying it's no different are not thinking it through fully
