I have worked on myself for a long time. I am in great physical condition and I have a great job. Trying to maintain women's attention is like pulling teeth; it's the least rewarding thing I've ever tried to do. Been at it for some time and things are not getting better.

Exact same thing happened to me twice in the last two weeks. It fucking sucks. Dating today is a shitshow skewed completely in the favor of women, who can treat men like disposable objects with zero repercussion.

Look at it this way, you have two options: Spend your valuable time doing things you don't care about in the hope that one cute girl happens to show up and the circumstances work out Go about your life doing things you want to do, and when you see cute girls you talk to them right then and there I don't know about you but the first one sounds more awful to me.

I have, and I think it's one of the most helpful books a man can read. Completely changed my perspective on dating and relationships. I had always thought dating consisted of long-term relationships one at a time until eventually the best one leads to marriage.
